Telephone Call Back Policy

We run our office efficiently and with care. Patients do not experience long wait times. To help us maintain this kind of professionalism, we are not able to spend extended periods of time on the phone. Please call to schedule appointments or ask a brief question, if necessary. If you require more than a few minutes of attention, please schedule an appointment. Most phone calls will be returned in the late afternoon, after all waiting patients have been seen. Rest assured that every attempt will be made to return all phone calls by the end of each business day.

When a patient calls, contact information will be collected by the receptionist and logged into our message system. Phone messages will be then be addressed by our medical staff later that same day. This will enable us to review your chart and gather all the needed information before returning your call. In addition, it would be unfair to other patients under examination to interrupt their examination to answer each and every telephone call as it comes in.

If you reach voicemail during stated business hours, please leave a clear message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. After hours, please leave a message and we will call you once the office is open. Any emergencies will be addressed immediately regardless of the time at which they are received.

I really appreciate knowing what to expect when I call the doctor.
